Guardiola, sobre el Brexit: "Lo que más admiro de Inglaterra es que habéis conseguido votar"
El entrenador del City ha dado la enhorabuena a los británicos.
Josep Guardiola nunca ha ocultado su postura sobre la autodeterminación de Cataluña. El entrenador del Manchester City ha atendido a los medios este viernes, antes del partido de su equipo contra el Arsenal, y no ha dejado pasar la oportunidad de enviar, con motivo del Brexit, un 'recadito' a las autoridades españolas sobre la postura que mantienen respecto al referéndum catalán de independencia.
"Lo que más admiro de Inglaterra es que, enhorabuena, habéis conseguido votar. Vosotros decidís, así es la democracia. Lo que pase después será una nueva situación y habrá que adaptarse. Los ingleses están expectantes sobre lo que va a suceder en el Brexit. Si no quieren a la gente de fuera, pues nos iremos. Lo tienen que decidir ellos".
El entrenador, que entonces dirigía al Bayern de Múnich, fue cerrando las listas de CDC, ERC y otros partidos soberanistas en las elecciones catalanas de 2015. "Todo lo que hacemos en nuestra vida es siempre política. ¿Por qué no puedo yo defender mi opinión? Los partidos me preguntaron y yo dije que sí", explicó.
