Neymar, Rosell y Bartomeu se sientan en el banquillo por el fichaje del brasileño para el Barça
Los tres se enfrentan a peticiones de condenas de cinco años de cárcel por presunta estafa y corrupción en el traspaso del brasileño, cuyos padres también están procesados.
El delantero del Paris Saint-Geirman Neymar da Silva y los expresidentes del FC Barcelona Sandro Rosell y Josep Maria Bartomeu están en el banco de los acusados de la Audiencia de Barcelona por el juicio que empieza este lunes por el fichaje del jugador para el Barça desde el Santos FC en 2013.
Los tres se enfrentan a peticiones de condenas de cinco años de cárcel por presunta estafa y corrupción en el traspaso de Neymar, y también están acusados los padres del jugador, los dos clubes como personas jurídicas y un representante del Santos FC.
Está previsto que el juicio dure hasta el 31 de octubre, y para este lunes están fijadas las cuestiones previas y declaraciones de testigos, entre ellos el expresidente del Cercle d’Economia y entonces vicepresidente del FC Barcelona, Javier Faus, y el exdirector deportivo del Barça Andoni Zubizarreta.
La imagen de todos los protagonistas del juicio llegando a los juzgados ha causado una enorme expectación en las calles de Barcelona, con sentimientos encontrados y gritos a favor y en contra de los implicados.
