El Supremo mantiene la condena a Messi por delito fiscal
Confirma la condena a 21 meses de cárcel que la Audiencia de Barcelona impuso al futbolista.
El Supremo ha confirmado la condena a 21 meses de cárcel por delito fiscal que la Audiencia de Barcelona impuso al futbolista del F.C.Barcelona Lionel Messi, al igual que la impuesta a su padre -la misma duración-, que también mantiene el alto tribunal.
Los matices de la sentencia aún no han sido divulgados, pero en cualquier caso la pena no implicará el ingreso de los Messi en prisión con casi total seguridad, ya que habitualmente el internamiento en la cárcel, cuando se trata de condenas inferiores a los dos años, es suspendido por parte del tribunal que firma la sentencia mientras no se incurra en otros delitos.
Ahora bien, la última palabra al respecto será de la Audiencia de Barcelona, el tribunal firmante de la sentencia que ha confirmado el Supremo.
