Si lo de los obispos catalanes y su apoyo a los indultos al procés había causado polémica, prepárense. La Asociación Cristiana de Lesbianas, Gays, Transexuales y Bisexuales de Cataluña (ACGIL) ha revelado lo que supone todo un bombazo para la Iglesia Católica en España. Distintos sacerdotes catalanes llevan al menos tres décadas bendiciendo uniones de parejas homosexuales en la clandestinidad.
Se trata del mismo tiempo que desde este colectivo afirman haber puesto en contacto a ambas partes, para realizar una acción que choca frontalmente con la línea de El Vaticano. Según ha precisado a EFE el conciliario de ACGIL Jordi Valls se produce con “varias parejas cada año”, que desean que su unión sea bendecida también de forma religiosa.

Para ello se han estado apoyando en “5 o 6 sacerdotes de confianza”, que se encargan de llevar a cabo la acción en la más absoluta intimidad. No por la de la pareja sino por la de los propios curas. Ninguno de estos sacerdotes ha querido hacer declaraciones por miedo a represalias. “Por una acción como esta pueden perder su sustento”, ha apuntado Valls.
En el domicilio o en el templo
Estas bendiciones, dependiendo de las circunstancias, pueden celebrarse en el domicilio de la pareja o en la propia iglesia en la que esté destinado el sacerdote. Una vez puestos en contacto, es el sacerdote el que se encarga de organizarlo todo con la pareja, aunque siempre con la más absoluta discreción, sin fotos y sin ninguna clase de público.
Desde la ACGIL no tienen constancia de que exista otra organización en España que ponga en contacto a parejas del mismo sexo y sacerdotes. Y desde el Arzobispado de Barcelona han asegurado que no han amonestado a ningún párroco por realizar este tipo de actos.
“No tenemos constancia de que se haya llamado al orden a ningún sacerdote por bendecir uniones de personas”, ha afirmado un portavoz de este órgano eclesiástico barcelonés, que se remite a la declaración que hizo la Congregación para la Doctrina de la Fe el pasado mes de marzo.
Esta postura del Vaticano ocasionó la rebeldía de más de 200 parroquias alemanas que abrieron sus puertas para bendecir estas uniones bajo la campaña Liebe gewinnt (en castellano, El amor gana), a la que se sumaron 2.600 clérigos de todo el país.
El conciliario de la ACGIL denuncia que la Iglesia no hace ningún esfuerzo por ponerse en contacto por este colectivo de fieles. “Hemos escrito cartas a todos los obispos de Cataluña desde hace 30 años y tan solo nos han respondido dos”, ha lamentado Valls, que cuenta también que consiguió hablar con el arzobispo de Barcelona, el cardenal Juan José Omella, a la salida de una misa en 2017.

“Nos encontramos con una persona muy encasillada en el dogma pero acordamos hablar para ver cómo se trata este tema”, ha recordado Valls, que denuncia que aún está esperando la llamada de Omella.
“A nivel de base, de sacerdotes, no hay ningún problema”, concluye Valls, que subraya que han decidido quedarse dentro de la Iglesia “porque no es ningún club privado y es tan casa nuestra como de los obispos”.
