El líder de Vox rechaza la propuesta de salario universal del pontífice.

El presidente de Vox, Santiago Abascal, se ha referido este miércoles en una rueda de prensa al papa Francisco como el “ciudadano Bergoglio” al ser preguntado por su propuesta de un salario universal, una opinión que no comparte pero que le parece tan respetable “como la de cualquier otro ciudadano”.

En una carta enviada el pasado 12 de abril a los movimientos y organizaciones populares, el papa afirmó que “es tiempo de pensar en un salario universal” para los trabajadores más humildes y sin derechos a los que la crisis del coronavirus les “golpea doblemente”.

“A Dios lo que es de Dios y al César lo que es del César”, ha respondido Abascal, que ha subrayado que los políticas tienen que hablar de medidas políticas y no deben opinar sobre la liturgia o la comunión.

“Yo en eso no entro y, por lo tanto, las opiniones del ciudadano Bergoglio me parecen respetables, pero como las de cualquier otro ciudadano”, ha zanjado.

Sobre la gestión de la crisis en Hungría, Estados Unidos y Argentina se ha limitado a decir que bastante tiene Vox con preocuparse por la salud de los españoles como para “andar preocupados por cuál es la situación del resto de los países del mundo”.
