“Hay una cuestión que me gustaría matizar, esa alusión al bombardeo de Gernika que se hizo también indirectamente por parte de Pedro Sánchez en su alocución posterior, hablando de situaciones críticas. Me ha parecido mal. Creo que hay que recordar que, en aquel momento, el socialismo y el Partido Comunista estaban del lado o tenían el apoyo de Stalin. Ni el que bombardeaba era bueno ni los bombardeados eran tan buenos. Ni el que bombardeaba era malo ni los que eran bombardeados eran tan buenos”.
Unas palabras que han causado estupor y enfado en las redes sociales y a las que ha contestado este sábado desde su tribuna semanal en La Vanguardia el periodista Jordi Évole, presentador de Lo de Évole en LaSexta.
En un artículo titulado Don’t look up (todo el rato), Évole cree que las palabras de Zelenksi provocaron “sarpullidos” a quienes “son más partidarios de la desmemoria histórica o de la memoria histérica”.
El periodista recuerda en su artículo que la semana pasada, en su programa, entrevistó a Teresa, una mujer de 97 años que vivió el bombardeo de Gernika siendo niña.
“Y ya me dio la sensación, escuchando su desgarrador testimonio, de que algo debía esconder Teresa. Seguro que a sus 12 años, ni ella debía de ser tan buena bajo las bombas nazis, ni los nazis que bombardeaban tan malos”, ironiza Évole.
Recuerda el periodista que su entrevistada “fue una de las niñas que, para escapar del fascismo que amenazaba España, huyeron con otros miles de niños a Rusia”. Lamentablemente, allí “le tocó sufrir el sitio de Leningrado, el asedio de la ciudad soviética por parte del ejército de Hitler”.
“Tras no poder conquistarla, los nazis bloquearon Leningrado. El asedio duró casi novecientos días. Miles de familias murieron de frío y de hambre en sus casas. La falta de comida llevó a la población, tal y como nos relató Teresa, a comer carne humana”, indica Évole.
El periodista entonces ironiza sobre lo que dijo Jamardo en Ya son las ocho: “Pero seguro que para la tertuliana de Telecinco, ni los asediados eran tan buenos, ni los nazis que los mataban de hambre eran tan malos”.
Évole también lamenta en su columna que haya quienes han puesto en duda la matanza en Bucha y cree que “de aquí a unos años habrá una tertuliana en Telecinco, que no estuvo jamás en Bucha, que contará a los telespectadores que ni los asesinados en Bucha eran tan buenos ni los que los asesinaron tan malos”.
“Vivimos en Don’t look up”, prosigue el periodista en referencia a la película protagonizada por Leonardo Di Caprio. “No queda tanto para que alguien nos asegure en alguna televisión que ni los nobles comisionistas que se forraron durante la pandemia eran tan malos, ni los abuelos que murieron en las residencias tan buenos. Ni el que pagaba hasta la última peseta a Hacienda era tan bueno, ni el que lucía la bandera española en la muñeca pero se compraba yates con dinero público robado tan malo. Y reescribiendo la historia seguiremos peligrosamente dentro de Don’t look up”, concluye.
