El homenaje de Pau Gasol a Kobe Bryant tras el nacimiento de su hija
"Un nombre muy significativo para nuestra súper hermosa hija", ha escrito el jugador de baloncesto junto a las imágenes del bebé junto a él y su mujer, Catherine McDonnell.
Los Gasol ya son uno más. El jugador de baloncesto Pau Gasol y su mujer, la periodista y experta en RSC, Catherine McDonnell, han sido padres de su primera hija la noche de este domingo y lo han hecho recordando a Kobe Bryant.
La pareja, que se casó en julio de 2019, ha llamado a la pequeña Elisabet Gianna, todo un homenaje a la hija de 13 años del que fuera su compañero en Los Ángeles Lakers y que falleció con él en el fatídico accidente de helicóptero en enero.
″¡Nuestra pequeña ya está con nosotros! ¡Todo ha ido muy bien y no podemos estar más felices! ¡Elisabet Gianna Gasol, un nombre con mucho significado para nuestra preciosa hija! #Padredeniña”, ha escrito el catalán en Twitter junto a dos imágenes de la pareja junto al bebé.
Gasol y Bryant entablaron una gran amistad durante los siete años que compartieron la camiseta del equipo de Los Ángeles y así lo ha dejado ver en múltiples homenajes en redes sociales tras su fallecimiento.
El jugador de baloncesto, que todavía sigue en activo, se encuentra sin equipo en la NBA mientras se recupera de una lesión en su pie izquierdo, a pesar de que en los últimos meses se ha rumoreado que podría volver a jugar con el Barcelona.
